If a website does not compensate for this, users would have to zoom in, click a link or button, and hope they hit the right one. All the while, squinting to read any information you are trying to convey to them.

With Responsive Design, your site will look good on any device, no matter the screen size. I alter the sizes of images and fonts, so they can be properly displayed on the providing screen.
